Our houses

At Ochil Tower School, we strive to provide a home-from-home for the children and young people who live and learn on our campus.

By creating an inviting, nurturing environment, we can support our children and young people develop their potential and support them as they learn and grow with us.

Within our residential houses, our pupils have their own room and the freedom to create a living space that reflects them as individuals. During the transition into the school, our staff ensures that every young person is housed in a space that supports their physical and emotional needs. Outside, they have access to abundant green spaces, including our gardens, woodland paths, and our pirate ship playground.

Our houses have:

  • Living areas for socialising, relaxing, playing and watching TV
  • Kitchens and communal dining tables
  • Fully accessible bathrooms
  • Enclosed garden space with outdoor toys and picnic tables
  • Playrooms & relaxing spaces

When our children and young people are not in the classroom, Ochil Tower School offers a range of activities during evenings, weekends, and school holidays where they can relax, play, and take part in community-based activities that are fun, support their ongoing learning, and build on life experiences.
