Sycamore House

Sycamore House is a residential house for up to six residential and two day students, currently operating a 38 week school year. It’s spacious and provides accommodation and recreational spaces for our young people and our volunteers. The house includes a separate flat for our live-in house co-ordinator and his family. The house co-ordinator is always on site and available for our young people.

Sycamore was designed by Camphill architects – it’s full of light and warm spaces. The grand opening took place on Michaelmas Day in 2000. Common areas include a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a large kitchen. It also has a playroom, a spacious garden with a patio, and other areas we can all relax, socialise or find some quiet time.
